为响应中国政府倡导的“一带一路”合作发展倡议，经各国驻华大使馆商务使节倡导、提议并发起，由各国驻华大使馆在任的商务使节为核心成员组成的驻华使节商务联盟（ECCAC），是一个高端和具有重要价值的全球化商务及多元化人文合作与交流的平台。联盟的宗旨是促进和加强中国与世界各国政府和各类企业机构层面上在贸易、投资、科技、环保、文化，旅游及教育等多领域合作并实现共赢。驻华使节商务联盟目前已有“一带一路”沿线近70个国家（涵盖亚洲，非洲，中东，欧洲及拉美等地区）的商务及文化旅游使节参与，成为联盟理事成员，是中国“一带一路”倡议框架下的具有前瞻性的合作共赢体。联盟秘书处负责联盟所有日常业务的开展及项目执行工作。杰雅国际为驻华使节商务联盟（ECCAC）对外独家法人运营机构。联盟理念–“平等沟通，加强合作，共同发展”。

驻华使节商务联盟将充分发挥“一带一路”国家驻华使馆的商务外交资源优势，借助驻华使节独有的高端影响力和关注度，大力发展中外经贸人文合作，经济发展，传递中国强盛发展之音，为中国政府机构及各领域企业搭建共享信息资源，寻求广阔商机的经贸人文交流，全面开展中国与“一带一路”国家在经贸与人文领域上的交流与合作。

Economic & Commercial Counselors Alliance in China （ECCAC )jointly initiated to establish with the proposal of the Minister & Commercial Counselors of Embassies in China and further involvement and collaboration of Chinese commercial and cultural organizations has served as the high-end, unique and seriously valuable platform for the globally commercial and diversified cultural exchange and cooperation. The aim of ECCAC establishment is to widely promote and strength the cooperation and communication between Chinese authorities and private sectors and various countries of ECCAC in the fields of business, technology, investment, industrial development, culture, tourism and education etc for the win-win relationship to share. Since the establishment of ECCAC in 2016, around 70 Embassies commercial and other officials have participated and been involved as ECCAC core Members (.covering of Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and South America). ECCAC SECRETARIAT is responsible for all daily operation and project implementation of ECCAC. Smart Ace International is the sole operating agency of ECCAC to public. ECCAC will further play an important and positive role in implementing Chinese Initiative of “B&R” .
