如今，中国在全球范围内的贸易、工业、投资、技术、服务等领域的世界经济中发挥着重要和关键的作用。中国国家领导人习近平主席阁下倡议了“一带一路”的战略,这不仅对中国经济发展益处良多,同时也带给其他国家更多的利好，具有非常重要的价值。这样的倡议吸引了全世界的关注目光并得到了来自其他国家的积极响应,因为它在中国与相关国家之间开展更广泛的合作与发展中充满了巨大的潜力和商机。从另一方面讲,中国在工业和服务领域的新理念是“走出去”，这更加具有全球发展多样化和在世界各地开展合作的全面化。

Today, the People’s Republic of China is playing an important and key role in the world economy in terms of trade, industry, investment, technology, service and others among the countries world-wide. H.E.Xi Jinping, the Chinese leader initiated “One Belt, One Road” which is very critical and valuable not only for the Chinese economy but for the benefit of other countries as well. Such initiative has attracted attention world-wide and received the active and positive response from the countries concerned as it is full of great potential for more wide cooperation and development between China and countries involved. From other hand, the new Chinese concept for Chinese industries and services is “Global Going” to be more diversified and distributed to all over the world.

2016年4月正式成立的“驻华使节商务联盟”(ECCAC)是在合作和整合资源下的利益，目标和责任的共同体。驻华使节商务联盟将在中国政府倡导的“一带一路”发展战略中发挥积极重要的作用；在促进联盟成员国与中国的经济商业合作发展中彰显有价值的影响力；寻求并建立中国与“一带一路”国家共赢的战略合作关系。

The establishment of “Economic & Commercial Counsellors Alliance in China”(ECCAC) in April, 2016 is to be as a community of interest, the community of destiny and the community of responsibility of cooperation and integration. ECCAC will display the high-end value of role in implementing Chinese Initiative “One Belt One Road, enhance the economic and business cooperation and development among the countries of ECCAC members with China for fruitful win-win relation and strategic partnership to reach between China and the countries of “One Belt, One Road”.

我十分高兴并荣幸地热情邀请所有驻华使馆的经济和商务使节,中国商界,商协会机构及不同领域的企业公司加入驻华使节商务联盟，充分利用这个平台开展更广泛的全球化合作,携手发展，共同繁荣。做为驻华使节商务联盟首任主席，我抱有巨大的乐观态度和信心，期待着我们与中国强有力的伙伴关系的进一步加强。同时对来自中国政府和人民一如既往的真诚和持续的支持和合作表达深深的谢意。

I have the great pleasure and honor to warmly invite all the Economic & Commercial counsellors of Embassies in China, the Chinese business communities, chambers and companies in the different sectors to join ECCAC and take the good use of this platform of ECCAC for more cooperation, development and prosperity among the world. As the first President of ECCAC, I look forward with the immense optimism and confidence in our strong partnership with China and further grateful for the sincere and continued support and cooperation given by Chinese government and its people.
